Our Working Team
 
 

We view our working team as one of the Home's most valuable assets. Our experienced care staff provide assistance with all aspects of personal care, appropriate to the needs of the resident, whilst ensuring that the resident maintains their optimum level of independence.

Most of our care staff are local to the area. Some of the senior carers are long serving and all members of staff share a strong sense of commitment to the home and its residents.

 
Staff development
 
 

The Home is fully committed to staff learning and development. The registered manager, Mrs Jenny Timbrell, is qualified as follows: R.G.N., D.N. Cert. and has experience in Community Nursing within the North Oxford locality.

In addition to our in-house training sessions, staff are encouraged to attend study days in a variety of Health and Social Care topics. Care staff are actively working towards achieving their N.V.Q. qualifications.
