Updated 31st July 2020
Due to ongoing circumstances the Home is still closed to all visitors.
Essential visits from healthcare professionals and certain maintenance staff are still permitted, however we ask that they self-declare that they haven’t been in contact with an infected person, travelled to a high risk area, had to self-isolate or are suffering related symptoms of Covid-19.
Currently we are offering the outside terrace area by the dining room for relatives and friends to see residents. Please phone us to book an appointment as there is limited space, you are able to stay for up to an hour. Note that masks must be worn, social distancing must be observed and only 2 visitors may come at a time. We are committed to person-centred care and we acknowledge that there may be situations that require an exception. Please work with us on this and respect our decisions on this matter.
We ask for your help in sharing this message with your friends and family who may not be aware of these restrictions. We have advised staff to be strict with enforcing this and seek your support and cooperation.
Please note that we are still accepting new residents.
Please ring the Home if you have any concerns or questions.
